SUBMITTING A PICTURE
To send your photographs by email you will first need to either scan them on to your computer, or if you have a digital camera, download them on to your computer. Each photograph must be saved in either a JPEG or GIF format in a size no larger than 75kb. Name each of your photographs as yourcompany1.jpg, yourcompany2.jpg,  etc...
  • Click File ~ Save As 
  • In the Save as type: box at the bottom of the window, select *.jpg or *.gif
  • In the File name: box, immediately above, type the name of your file.
  • Click the Save button.

Repeat the above actions for each photo.
Now you are ready to compose your email.

  • Enter your sourcing reference in the Subject line
  • Click the insert file button , or from the toolbar select Insert ~ Picture ~ From file
  • Select your photograph and then click Insert.
  • Repeat the process for each photo you are sending.
  • In the e-mail message just note your contact details.
